Welcome to “Seemöwe” – your bright and comfortable holiday home by the sea.
Our family-run Haus Sonnenschein is quietly yet centrally located – only a short walk from the beach and Binz center.

The two-room apartment (approx. 35 m²) is located on the ground floor or first floor and accommodates up to four people.
In the bedroom you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a TV, while the living area offers a cozy sofa bed – perfect for children or friends.
French balcony windows fill the rooms with natural light.
The kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two-plate stove, and refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower.

Your linen package with bed linen and towels is included.
For longer stays, fresh bed linen and towels can be provided for €16 per person.

The local visitor’s tax is €3.40 per person per day.
Children up to their 3rd birthday and guests with a disability level of 100 are exempt.
