Close to nature—in our unique holiday rental with a view of the Albtrauf and located right on its edge. A true gem for nature lovers and city explorers alike. Enjoy the tranquility right on the Albtrauf and take advantage of the proximity to Tübingen, Reutlingen, Stuttgart, and Outletcity Metzingen for exciting day trips.
In our wooden house, we offer an approximately 80-square-meter holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Directly adjacent to the nature reserve, you can observe numerous native birds here. Deer, foxes, and even a weasel have been spotted from the kitchen window.

The approximately 80-square-meter apartment spans two floors; unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible. The ground floor features a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a loft.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and cooking utensils. Everything you need for your first cup of coffee or tea right after arrival is provided. The living and dining area features a dining nook, a sofa, and a TV.
The loft has a desk with a monitor for working, as well as a play area for children. A high chair and a stool are provided in the apartment. The inviting bathroom features a large shower and a bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are also located here. There is one bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90/200 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90/200 cm) as well as a pull-out daybed (2 x 80/200 cm). A travel cot can be added to the bedroom or on the loft.
Thanks to the underfloor heating throughout, the apartment stays cosy and warm even on cool days.

Wi-Fi is available. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out should be by 10:00 AM. The key is stored in a key box. The code will be sent via email 24 hours before arrival.

The building in which the apartment is located has three apartments. Each apartment has a separate front door and outdoor seating. The front doors of the holiday rental and the landlord’s apartment are located next to each other on the south side.
