Wir waren mit 8 Pers.im Febr. da und alle fanden das Haus sehr gemütlich, alles sauber und funktionsfähig. Es ließ sich gut heizen, zusätzlich der Holzofen (Holz muss mitgebracht werden) und die Sauna wurden gern genutzt. Die Terrasse diente uns als zusätzlicher Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist super, fußläufig bis zum Strand, zum Edeka und Priwallfähre. Hat durchaus auch im Winter seinen Reiz.
