New 35 m² apartment in a private property in Ceyreste, perched on the hillside with stunning views. The area is peaceful. The village of Ceyreste, typical of Provence, is just 5 minutes from La Ciotat and the beaches. The house, built on the hill, offers many walking opportunities with a trail starting just above. Tennis and padel courts are a 5-minute walk away.
A dedicated parking space is available for you. Motorcycles can be parked on the property. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and wardrobes, a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large flat-screen TV with Chromecast, and access to streaming services. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a child or teenager. Babies aged 0 to 3 are welcome; please bring your own baby essentials. A 5 kg washing machine is provided.
The bathroom has a large shower and toilet, accessible directly from the bedroom. Enjoy the 25 m² terrace, perfect for taking in the view and dining outdoors. For summer, there is an air cooler and air conditioning. The terrace is shaded from 2 pm. For winter, programmable electric heaters in both rooms ensure comfort day and night.
The house is built on terraces, with about twelve steps down to the apartment. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi available.
We accept one dog, but no cats. Please note: there is a dog and two cats on the property, but the dog cannot access the apartment as the area is fenced.
