The apartment is located on the second floor of a high-quality holiday complex, completed in 2026, and can accommodate up to three people. It is ideal for couples, small families, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a relaxing stay on the North Sea coast with high-quality comfort and style. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and offers a private parking space in the underground garage as well as storage for your bicycles.

A particular highlight is the large, sheltered corner balcony furnished with garden furniture and offering breathtaking sea views – perfect for enjoying relaxing hours in the fresh North Sea air, from your first coffee in the morning until sunset.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and invites you to linger. In the living area, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), additional seating, and a television.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, blender, and toaster – perfect for a great start to your day. Dishes, cutlery, and a starter kit of kitchen supplies ensure you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The separate bedroom, which can be easily darkened, features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and its own television. For families with small children, a cot and highchair can be rented from the holiday rental agency Port 54.

The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Practical extras such as a full-length mirror, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron add to your comfort.
