The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each with large closets, wooden shutters, and mosquito screens. There are two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub—plus two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with smart TV, and pleasant spaces designed for sharing good times after exploring the region.



Outdoors, enjoy a large 10 x 5 m saltwater pool, surrounded by a beautiful paved terrace ideal for relaxing. The pool is heated in summer so everyone can swim throughout the season and is equipped with an alarm for children's safety. A large gas plancha barbecue is also available for enjoyable outdoor meals.

Villa très accueillante, correspondant parfaitement à la description du site. Très bien équipée. Quartier paisible. Piscine très grande dans un environnement idyllique. Région très riche en découvertes à l'entrée des Cévennes, de l'Ardèche et du Gard qui offre un large panel de visites possibles et d'activités diverses.Un hôte aux petits soins, très réactif, hyper disponible et très pro-actif (farde d'accueil très complète avec de très bonnes recommandations de restaurants, de producteurs locaux...). Superbe !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, située dans un petit village du Gard. L'endroit est calme. La villa est propre, spacieuse et confortable et l'extérieur est parfait avec ses oliviers et sa grande piscine à l'avant de la maison. Pour les commodités, le village de saint ambroix est à quelques minutes avec supermarchés, pharmacies, un joli centre historique, un marché et des brasseries. Pour les plus grandes villes et sorties touristiques, tout est dans le book vancanciers préparé par les propriétaires :) Nimes est a environ 1h de route et Anduze à 30 minutes. Merci à Pascal pour sa disponibilité, sa sympathie et son accueil malgré la distance !

Un petit retour

Bon séjour dans une propriété agréable ! La maison est très bien équipée et le propriétaire sympa. Juste la procédure d'état des lieux d'arrivée un peu longue mais c'était la quasi première fois pour Pascal. En revanche nous avons eu beaucoup d'infos c'était bien. Un petit présent typique région serait un plus. Avec la chaleur contraint de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte et oups un lampadaire juste en face dans la rue => peut être prévoir un rideau occultant
