The spacious living-dining room is furnished with a dining table for 4 people, a coffee table, and two leather sofas (a two-seater and a three-seater), complemented by a “Stressless” TV chair. For your comfort, you’ll also find a desk, shoe cabinet, coat rack, and a chest of drawers on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms round out the amenities. On the ground floor, there is a guest bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, cabinet, and window. Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with a corner bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, cabinet, and window. The utility room, equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, shelves, vacuum cleaner, and broom, provides additional convenience.

The 1,000 m² fully fenced-in garden offers you and your four-legged friend privacy and space to relax. Another highlight is the garden shed, which features a large sauna (available for a fee) and lounge chairs for relaxing. The spacious, glass-enclosed terrace with a table and four chairs, along with a comfortable beach chair, invites you to enjoy nature to the fullest—from the morning sunshine until late afternoon.
