Your holiday rental, 16RB84, is located on the 2nd floor, on the quiet side of the Dünenpark facing the sea. From here, it’s just 100 metres to the beach, where you can enjoy the sunrise.
The two-room apartment measures approximately 50 square metres and can accommodate up to 5 people. The living area is divided into a kitchenette with a dining area and a living area with a smart TV. The sofa bed measures 1.40 x 2 m. From the living area, you can access the south-facing balcony, which seats 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe.[nbsp] It faces east, so you’ll be greeted by the morning sun. The bathroom has a window, is equipped with underfloor heating, and is exclusively tiled with granite.
In the spring of 2026, the attic was converted, now providing two additional sleeping spaces. Due to the ceiling height and the steep, open staircase, this “bonus room” is best suited for older children and teenagers.
A stair gate for small children is provided.

A private parking space is available to you free of charge in the underground garage at the building, as is high-speed internet access.

In Dünenpark, there is a bakery with a café as well as a breakfast room with a delicious buffet. The bus stop is located in front of the reception desk. The nearest supermarket is 500 metres away.
