Our top priority is ensuring that you feel right at home in our holiday rental and enjoy your stay to the fullest!<br><br>You can relax especially well on the furnished loggia. Enjoy the warming rays of the sun and the refreshing Baltic Sea air to the fullest while sipping a delicious holiday cocktail. Or relax in a cosy beach chair on Binz Beach. Beach chair number 4203 is located at exit 7 heading towards 6 (from May 1 through September 30). <br><br>Additional comforts include an outdoor parking space right next to the house, access to a beach chair from May through September, and Wi-Fi (all free of charge, of course). The holiday apartments with balconies are wonderful holiday spots for small families. <br><br>The beach is also very close by! It takes just 7–8 minutes to walk to the white sandy beach of the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz; you can reach the lively town centre just as quickly. There is a tennis court right near your holiday apartment.<br><br>The villa is located directly on the edge of the Granitz Forest. From here, you can enjoy wonderful, leisurely walks and hikes through the beech forest.
