The location is practical and convenient, especially for those traveling by car. The highway is 1.5 km away and the beaches are about 12 minutes away. There is a bus stop 50 m away, grocery store and café in the building, pharmacy 750 m, supermarkets 1.2 km, and metro station at the same distance. The Douro River is 6 km away and El Corte Inglés is about a 9-minute drive.
