Ferienhaus "Plüschmors" in Schönberg-Holm: Sauna, Kamin, 600 m Strand, Strandkor

The holiday home "Plüschmors" was built in 2018 and is located in the picturesque Holm holiday park, near the adjacent salt marshes. "Plüschmors" is just a few minutes’ walk from the fine sandy "Kalifornien" beach and can accommodate up to 8 guests. You are welcome to bring up to 3 pets. With its excellent layout, this charming Swedish-style holiday home offers everything you need for an unforgettable family vacation.

The house features four bedrooms: three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, providing accessibility for guests with mobility limitations. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, and the beds are equipped with high-quality hotel-grade dual-sided mattresses (one softer and one firmer side), allowing everyone to choose their preferred comfort. The bedrooms also feature blackout blinds, ensuring restful sleep even during long summer days. Two of the bedrooms have access to a private balcony, offering a beautiful view of the greenery and plenty of sunshine.

There is a shower bathroom on both the ground and upper floors. The upper-floor bathroom includes a luxurious sauna, perfect for relaxation.

The living and dining area is tastefully furnished and luxuriously equipped. Large windows fill the interior with natural light and provide spectacular views of the surrounding nature.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. In addition to all standard appliances, it also includes a raclette set.

The cozy living room invites you to relax and unwind. On colder days, the underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. A modern flat-screen TV and a mini stereo system provide entertainment.

From the living room, you can access your large private wooden terrace, furnished for comfort and relaxation. Sun umbrellas are available if shading is desired. A barbecue and multiple sun loungers are also provided. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of your spacious, fully fenced garden.
The garden offers plenty of green space and a sandbox, providing safety for children and pets thanks to the surrounding fence. In the garden house, you will find a handcart and various toys for use. You can also store bicycles or other belongings in the garden house.

The house includes its own beach chair on Kalifornien beach during the season from early May to late September.

The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only a few minutes’ walk away. Your holiday home comes with a private, lockable beach chair on the dike directly at the beach, which you can use free of charge during the season from May to October. A dog-friendly beach is also nearby.

"Plüschmors" offers the perfect starting point for a successful Baltic Sea holiday with its comprehensive and luxurious amenities. Activities such as cycling in the Probstei region, playing mini golf, and excursions to Laboe, Kiel, or Lübeck can complement your walks along the Baltic Sea and relaxing days at the Kalifornien or Brasilien beaches.
