The living bedroom features a sofa, TV, and a closet bed with two single mattresses (90x200 cm), offering direct access to an enclosed balcony. A separate sleeping area with a sofa bed complements the layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a dining area for 4. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. Guests can enjoy access to a communal swimming pool (15m x 8m, 1.20m deep) exclusive to residents, along with a children’s pool. Additionally, a shared laundry area with washing machines and dryers is available on floors 1 to 4, for a fee. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge. Note: Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
