Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 22 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The Village requires certain deposits to be paid on site:

- €30.00 for the remote control of the air conditioning.

The deposit will be returned to you upon departure upon presentation of the invoice for payment. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and dinette. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed and Bedroom with 1 double bed and comfort service: €60.00 per week per apartment for the two-room typology for 4 people, including tidying and complete change of linen midweek (excluding kitchenette + dishes). Comfort Plus service: €180.00 per week per two-room apartment for 4 people, including daily tidying (except kitchenette + dishes) and complete linen change 3 times per week. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room and with gas stove (4 burners) and exhaust hood. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access.


Holiday resort
reception, 1 restaurant, pool bar, internet (WLAN), children's playroom, TV room and supermarket. Panoramic restaurant - Pinseria “La Luna Rossa”, open for dinner, à la carte menu, payment on site.

Mini market, bazaar from June to September.

The club card for daytime and evening entertainment with games, tournaments and shows for adults and children is included in the price.


Location
Loano. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot. Located in the residential area of Loano, in the heart of the Riviera di Ponente, immersed in the green of flowering gardens and paths, 1800 m from the sea and the center, it is one of the most welcoming and well-equipped structures in Liguria. The village's excellent restaurants offer dishes of Ligurian cuisine and specialties of regional Italian and international cuisine. It offers the customer the opportunity to have fun on the tennis, football and beach volleyball courts. A convenient free shuttle connects it to the center of Loano. Parking is available in a garage. The holiday village requires certain deposits to be paid on site:

- €30.00 for the electronic garage key.

The deposit will be refunded upon departure upon presentation of the invoice for payment.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The swimming pools are open approximately from June to the end of October. Guests have at their disposal a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a swimming pool with a children's area, a wave-shaped infinity pool with waterfalls and a 10-person whirlpool. From October onwards, at the management's discretion, a swimming pool will be partially covered.

2 extra beds + parasol €25.00 per day June-September; €30.00 per day in July and €35.00 for the month of August.

Pool towel €4.00 per change, with deposit €10.00.

In the complex: tennis and bike rental. Animation for children. “Loano 2 Card”, which can be purchased and topped up at reception. Cash is not accepted.

“Loano2 Village” identification bracelet to be worn throughout the stay.
