Villa Sunshine in Niedenstein welcomes you with 144 m² of space, accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 4 private parking spaces directly at the house, reserved exclusively for Villa Sunshine guests. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Please note: Smoking and other drugs are strictly forbidden inside, and furniture must not be moved. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The villa is the last house at the end of the street, on the edge of town, surrounded by hiking trails and just a few minutes from the forest. Nearby you will find restaurants, a swimming pool, hiking paths, mini-golf, and horse riding opportunities.
