Cars with roof racks can stop about 1 m before the beam to enter, then proceed inside. Cars with roof boxes can open them anywhere in the garage. The property is adults only and events are not allowed.



The owners live on site but not in the booked apartment. Torre del Lago Puccini offers beach clubs, seafood and meat restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, playgrounds, Lake Massaciuccoli, and the Giacomo Puccini Villa with its lakeside theatre. About 600 m from the apartment, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at a bakery, offered by the property. Nearby are Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Lucca, Garfagnana, Lunigiana, Pisa, Maremma, Montecatini and Florence.



House rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including indoors and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 pm. Guests must follow the recycling schedule. Always close the ground floor gate at the entrance to the stairs leading to the second-floor apartment. The local tourist tax is available for an extra fee.
