The Cala di Seta residence is located in the idyllic coastal village of Cussorgia, a area of the charming fishing town of Calasetta in the far southwest of Sardinia. Situated on the historic Sant’Antioco Peninsula, the property offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere far from mass tourism. In just a few minutes, you can reach the lively centre of Calasetta, which, with its characteristic white houses, harbour, and cosy restaurants, invites you to take a leisurely stroll.
The renovated three-room apartment is located on the ground floor and boasts a beautiful ocean view. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children (up to 10 years old). It features one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. In the living and dining area, the sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space for two children (up to age 10) or one adult. A well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, pots, dishes, silverware, a microwave, an oven, an Italian espresso pot, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment is also located in the living area. A total of three air conditioning units ensure comfort on hot days: there is a separate unit in each of the two bedrooms as well as in the living area. The bathroom, which has a window, is comfortably equipped with a shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and toilet. In addition to the balcony, the apartment features two private, fenced-in gardens. One garden is equipped with a grill, table, and chairs and offers the ideal setting for social evenings. The second garden serves as an oasis of tranquility and is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The residence offers its guests access to a small private beach located directly next to the property. If you prefer a more expansive sandy beach, the beautiful di Cussorgia Beach is only about 700 metres away. This beach is particularly popular for its shallow, calm waters and relaxed atmosphere.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Thanks to its quiet location and proximity to the gently sloping sandy beach, the residence is particularly family-friendly. The complex features a playground where younger guests can let off steam. In Calasetta itself, there are also additional playgrounds and ice cream shops that are very popular with children.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
For sports enthusiasts, the residence offers its own private tennis court as well as a spacious, private football field, ideal for a relaxed game with friends or family in the great outdoors. The region around Calasetta is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. In addition to water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, and sailing, the flat landscape of the island of Sant’Antioco is perfect for long bike rides and walks. From the nearby port in Calasetta, you can also take boat trips to the neighbouring island of San Pietro (Carloforte). For divers, the cliffs along the west coast offer fascinating underwater worlds.

In the nearby town centre of Calasetta, you’ll find everything you need for daily life: supermarkets, bakeries, fish markets, and a weekly market featuring regional specialities.

The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There’s also a restaurant and pizzeria right nearby that’s easy to get to. Even more culinary variety awaits you in the charming town of Calasetta, where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, pizzerias, and bars. The region’s traditional seafood dishes are especially recommended.
PETS
Two small pets (up to 15 kg) are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
The apartments are equipped with key boxes; the key box code will be emailed to you after full payment has been received. The entrance to the residence is secured by a gate that can be operated with a remote control. The remote control for the gate is located in the apartment on the kitchen table.

Cagliari Elmas International Airport (CAG) and the island’s capital, Cagliari, are approximately 90 km away and can be reached by car in about 85 minutes via a well-maintained road.

The Sant’Antioco Peninsula, with the gleaming white village of Calasetta and its striking Savoy Tower, offers a charming starting point for exploration. A special highlight is the short ferry ride to the neighbouring island of San Pietro, where the picturesque town of Carloforte enchants visitors with its colourful alleys and Genoese charm.
