This luxurious design villa is the perfect place to unwind, offering comfort, privacy, and modern wellness. Large windows connect the house to the surrounding nature and provide views of the forests and the nearby Tanvaldský Špičák ski area. The property, nearly 2000 m² in size, offers plenty of space and privacy and invites you to enjoy the outdoors.



Inside, there are four stylish bedrooms accommodating a total of 11 guests. The master bedroom on the ground floor is quiet and offers plenty of privacy. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which also has an extra bed. In the loft above the living room, four single beds are arranged in an open space. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV.



The villa has two modern bathrooms with designer showers, one located directly next to the Finnish sauna. The ground-floor wellness area features a spacious 2.1 x 2 m jacuzzi with massaging jets, ambient lighting, and a waterfall. Electric underfloor heating, a designer fireplace, and a bio-ethanol fireplace provide extra warmth and atmosphere.



The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. The living room is a comfortable place to relax, with a large TV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house. Outside, there are multiple seating areas, a corten steel open fireplace with barbecue, and a sunny garden where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air.



The villa is ideally located for both winter and summer activities. Opposite the house is the Tanvaldský Špičák ski area, with multiple slopes and chairlifts. Cross-country ski trails and other ski areas such as Javorník and Harrachov are nearby. For hiking and cycling enthusiasts, there are numerous trails through the forests and mountains.



There is plenty to do for families as well: bobsleigh tracks, tennis courts, and climbing parks. Nearby attractions include the Wooden Toy Museum (400 m), observation towers such as Bramberk and Královka, the Glass and Jewelry Museum in Jablonec nad Nisou (10 km), and the iconic Ještěd Mountain near Liberec (30 km).
