About this property

Luxury loft in the heart of Bochum Werne.

I painstakingly renovated this loft by hand over the course of a year with the help of my best friends. As a result, you can expect a great deal of attention to detail and the occasional design experiment—such as the industrial floor, which has been spackled and sealed with an eco-friendly oil. The apartment also features an integrated tropical rain shower, a steam sauna, a fully equipped luxury kitchen, and a 14-square-meter balcony.
