Outside, relax in a quiet, private 530 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors, and a 70 m² uncovered south-west facing terrace. The private heated pool (28°C), accessible from Easter holidays to the end of September, features a retractable cover. There’s also a private barbecue, outdoor shower, and a shared playground.
You have access to 2 shared parking spaces on site, with additional street parking available. Beach towels are provided. Two bikes, one e-bike, and a two-person canoe are at your disposal to explore the area. Events are not permitted.
The villa is in the heart of Lancieux, 200 m from the beautiful Saint-Sieu beach and its water sports center, and 400 m from the golf course.
