Maison la vendéenne - ref 508: Renovated House 100m from the Beach with Heated Pool

Charming renovated house just 100 m from the beach, located in a residence with a shared heated pool (open July and August). On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with sofa, TV, and dining table, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The mezzanine offers a 140 cm double bed and a single bed. Baby equipment is available.



Enjoy summer days on the beautiful wooden terrace, featuring an awning, garden furniture, loungers, and a barbecue.



The property is carefully prepared—please respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an extra charge. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please tidy up: leave the house in order, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You’ll be welcomed at the agency to collect the keys and receive information about your stay. Please indicate your estimated arrival time on the morning of your stay via the booking site’s messaging system.



Please do not subscribe to internet options (Prime, video on demand). Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are allowed under certain conditions—contact us via the booking site’s messaging system.



Only household waste should go in the bins for twice-weekly collection. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be sorted in the municipal recycling containers.
