The property features an entrance with a veranda where you can have breakfast while admiring the sea, a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WIFI, and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. A garage is also available.



This is the perfect spot to recharge in harmony with nature. The apartment is in a quiet residence right on the water, offering an exceptional location.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an additional fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, some rules must be followed: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away the dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out the trash and other waste.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Please send us a message on the morning of your arrival with your estimated arrival time.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the community recycling containers.
