Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Navis, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, in the woods. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, children's playground (swing). In the house: restaurant, drying room, ski boot dryer. Available: sledges (10). 3 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4.5 km, restaurant 4.2 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Matrei" 12 km. Hiking paths: 5 Almen Runde Naviser Tal 10 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Animals in the neighbourhood.
"Kreuzjoch", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Large kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar, 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining nook and TV (flat screen). Shower/WC (private). Wood heating. Carpet. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
