Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: A short, step-free walk from the parking space in the underground garage to the lift and to the apartment!
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

Swim in the building’s own pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (rackets are provided in the apartment), test your accuracy playing darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B.
In Building D, there is one shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

IMPORTANT—Good to Know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
