2-family house "Canepa", 300 m a.s.l., 3 storeys. In the district of Canepa 6 km from the centre of Sori, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 6 km from the sea, located by a road. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Recco 10 km, Camogli 13 km, Genova Nervi 13 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room semi-detached house 75 m2 on 1st floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 31.03. Balcony, terrace 20 m2.
