Gite Bienvenue Chez Lucien – Rural Retreat with Pool and Panoramic Views

Rural cottage, certified with 3 ears by Gîtes de France, located in the hamlet of Férayrolles overlooking the Tarn valley. This peaceful haven, with only a farming family as neighbors, guarantees you tranquility and relaxation in a countryside and wooded mid-mountain setting.



Unwind in the pool (covered or semi-covered) and enjoy a stunning 180-degree panoramic view of the valley from the solarium. Just 3 km away, the village of Trébas-les-Bains, recognized as a green holiday resort and Blue Flag swimming area, offers a leisure center with river swimming, canoeing, free tennis, and hiking. In the village, you will find a doctor, pharmacy, shops, a local market on Sunday mornings in July and August, and all essential services.



The cottage is independent and on one level, located in a small farming hamlet, with a small terrace. It features a spacious living area with open kitchen, a lounge corner (TV, DVD), two bedrooms (one double bed and two bunk beds), a bathroom, separate WC, air conditioning, and a fireplace.



The pool is shared with the owners and guests of a B&B. It is open from May to September, covered, and has a depth between 1.20 m and 1.60 m.



Only one pet is allowed.



Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are available for an extra charge. Please inform in advance if you wish to use this service. End-of-stay cleaning must be done by guests or can be requested as an option. Electricity includes 7 kWh per day; any excess must be paid to your host.
