Charming Village House Just 500 Meters from the Beach
Terraced house located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just steps from the shops and restaurants of Playa de Pals and only 500 m from Platja del Racó.
On the ground floor, you'll find the garage, which serves as a laundry area and features a shower—perfect for rinsing off after the beach. There is parking space in front of the garage.
Access to the house is via a flight of eleven stairs. Upon entering, you'll find the living room, which also includes the dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. This floor also has a guest toilet.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of which have a small terrace, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the back, there is a small patio with a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.
