Inside, the Topas Floating House offers a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, and sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people. The living area is cosily furnished with a sofa, a sofa nook, and a dining table; the kitchen opens onto the living room, so cooking and socialising go hand in hand. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware—including tea towels. To ensure a comfortable start, initial supplies, bed linens, and towels are provided.

Every season is taken care of: Electric heating, a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings, and air conditioning in all living areas ensure the perfect comfortable temperature at all times.
