The property sits at the foot of the mountain, accessible via a 1.7 km forest path from the Puerto Andratx to S'Arracó road.



Shared on-site parking accommodates 6 vehicles. Events are not permitted on the property. Heating is available for an extra fee with radiators operating from 6 am to 10 am and 6 pm to 1 am.



The house operates on solar panels for electricity and uses a water cistern filled periodically by truck, so responsible use of resources is recommended. Due to the natural mountain location, the property maintains pleasant temperatures in summer without air conditioning.
