Beautiful Mallorcan villa on the sea, located in the south west of Mallorca, in the area of the port of Andratx, with swimming pool.
Located near the Yacht Club of the port of Andratx and only 15 minutes walk from the center.

Nice Mallorcan house, very quiet and sunny.
The house has five complete rooms with four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a nice dining room with lots of light, where you can enjoy its sea views.
The house has a magnificent terrace, where you can enjoy the amazing views and incredible sunset with total privacy.

There is a private pool with sea views on the terrace below with sun loungers.
The house has satellite TV, wifi, air conditioning in all rooms and throughout the house.

House with total privacy and with direct access to the sea, where you can enjoy and bathe with total tranquility and privacy. It also has a private pool on a terrace. It is the perfect place to relax with family or group of friends.
A very exclusive, unique and sunny house.

We have rental boats, in case you are interested. For an additional cost you can rent them.

It is certainly one of the best houses in Port Andratx !!!

In this property we are obliged to charge a tax (ecotasa) per stay of €2.20/person/night. It is not applicable to children under 16 years of age.
Each person in the house must present their passport at check in.
At your entrance you have to pay an extra cost of €450 for the final cleaning

The location is a true gem - especially the view and the private beach

The villa is very spacious and the location is just breathtaking. While you are looking at the sea from your terrace you can see the most amazing sunsets. The private beach is truly amazing. However, not easy to get into the sea as it is very rocky. The villa is not modern and the kitchen far too small if you are 10 people. And we have a very high standard to tidyness which was not fulfilled - especially in the kitchen area. The mattresses are very soft and would need to be changed. Although the inside of the house was not optimal, the terrace, the privacy, the view and the private beach were stunning.

Experiencing Port d’Andraitx

It was a great location and we enjoyed being on the ocean with access to the water and a pool. It is a beautiful spot by the port. The house was clean, the updated bathrooms were nice and everything worked in the house. We were unfortunately a bit disappointed in the condition of the home. The photos on the website did not accurately portray the present state of the house- some of the furnishing indoors and outdoors is in need of a refresh and repairs, but overall we had a nice stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen. Der Blick und die Terrassen sind wunderbar. Der Pool, die eigene Bucht.. ein Traum! Einschlafen und Aufwachen mit Meeresrauschen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und professionell und das Haus super sauber. Wir haben den ganzen Tag draußen um das Haus verbracht und konnten zu Fuß zum Port. Danke für diese wunderbare Woche mit Freunden!

Wer einen flexiblen, zuvorkommenden und zuverlässigen Service möchte gepaart mit höchster Freundlichkeit, der ist bei dieser Vermittlung goldrichtig. Neben großzügigen Räumen und einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer und den Hafen, besteht eine super Ausstattung des Hauses und absolute Sauberkeit. Fairytale property in Mallorca

A fabulous garden with private cliffs to swim from -, a terrace with a view we hardly could leave. Well equipped house and we enjoyed the island’s best flamenco guitarists playing for us! Juan was very kind and helpful.

Das Haus wirkte lieblos und heruntergekommen. Die Einbauten waren alt und in keinem sehr gutem Zustand. Das einzig charmante ist der direkte Zugang zu Meer, aber in Summe muss man sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmt!

Stunning views & lovely outdoor space!

What an amazing location this villa is if you want a chllled out stay to literally relax & watch the activity all day & evening long, either from the gorgeous terrace or right down next to the sea itself. We were a group of 9, from teenagers to elderly parents & all had a superb time. We already knew that getting to the front door of the villa & then subsequently down to the sea was going to be a challenge as it is on the cliff side, so lots of steps & slopes & hard work for our over 70's! But certainly worth it to get down to the first level (where the pic shows the row of tables) this area now has a sail shaded area over the top, great on those hot afternoons. There's also a mesh safety fence that can be erected too which definitely makes you feel more secure as it does drop down the rocks & sea from there! Down more steps & you get to the lower jetty area where you can lay out all day long & access the sea here... although you have to either jump or clamber off the rocks using a useful rope on the side there. Not for the faint hearted! Our elderly's could not cope as it's hard getting out again. (There is no access at all to the water by walking in, which we mistakenly thought there was from looking at the photo of the little walled bay area !!) There's a very handy stone shed with a fridge in there, invaluable (when it worked!) as it is a hard walk back up on a hot day! So the villa itself is really lovely... as the pictures show, but a couple of the ensuites def in need of updating..very old fashioned! 4 bedrooms are all on the main living floor & one double with lovely ensuite up a flight of steps off the kitchen. The main bedroom has the amazing views through the huge picture window! (Big ensuite but not a great shower, in need of attention!) The kitchen is extremely well equipped indeed with lots of gadgets & there is a great outdoor area at the back to dry towels or washing etc, also a good sun trap! We didn't use the indoor area at all as we were always outside on the beautiful covered terrace which truly is fantastic! Views to Port Andratx one way & right out to sea the other way & amazing activity all day to watch. The management co were very helpful & we did have issues with no hot water several times but it was always sorted! We would definitely recommend & certainly return ourselves but we feel a few areas need updating, especially for the money we paid for 10 days. Great holiday!
