Der Ausblick zum Meer hin und dem Balkon mit Fenstern ist nur zu empfehlen -> breakfast with a view! Die andere Seite, dort wo sich die Eingangstür des Gebäudekomplexes (erinnert an Plattenbauten der DDR) befindet, ist jedoch das genaue Gegenteil: Einsturzgefährdetes Gebäude mit Bauzaun drum herum. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann fussläufig den Edeka + Bäcker erreichen. Restaurants sind in der Nähe, wobei Preis/Leistung (außer beim Asia Bistro) nicht passt; der Italiener beim Campingplatz ist stimmig. Beim Badestrand ist man auch recht schnell, aber es sind weit mehr als die angegebenen 200m. Das Packeis ist eine leckere Empfehlung. Da kein Parkplatz zu der Wohnung gehört ist es Glücksspiel einen zu erhaschen. Tipp: wenn man mal einen hat, Auto dort die gesamte Zeit stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß bzw. Bus erledigen/besuchen
