The Floatinghouse Möwenschiss is a freestanding houseboat in a marina—right on the lake, with a dock right outside the door and beautiful views of the lake and surrounding countryside. Spanning 44 m², you’ll enjoy a seaside holiday vibe with plenty of privacy: ideal for couples, families, and anyone who prefers a romantic, nature-filled setting—and perhaps a bit of seclusion—without sacrificing comfort. Thanks to the no-smoking policy, smoke and fire detectors, an alarm system, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit, you’ll also enjoy a completely safe and relaxing stay.

Inside, a cosy living area awaits you with a sofa corner, dining table, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi—perfect for spending evenings together after a day on the water. The gas fireplace provides cosy warmth, and heating and air conditioning are also available. Fly screens and privacy shades on all windows enhance your comfort, as do a coat rack and a vacuum cleaner. The open-concept kitchen flows into the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and tea towels make self-catering a breeze.

The Floating House offers a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. Bed linens and towels are included, as is a starter kit. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and, of course, hot water.

Outside, the lake takes centre stage: Relax on the covered terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and sunshades, or enjoy the evening by the electric grill. Right on site, the beach and water invite you to go swimming, and the surrounding area offers numerous activities such as sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, fishing, biking, hiking, or jogging. Boat rentals and boat tours are also available, and restaurants, playgrounds, and other recreational options round out your holiday at the harbour.
