Floatinghouse Seensucht with lake view and terrace

The Floatinghouse Seensucht is a detached houseboat in a holiday resort right on the lake—on the water, with a breathtaking view. Spanning 44 m², the houseboat features three rooms, including two separate bedrooms, a cosy living room, and a modern bathroom. Thanks to air conditioning and heating, you’ll enjoy a comfortable indoor climate year-round, while fly screens and privacy shades on all windows provide additional comfort and privacy.

The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering together: a sofa nook, dining table, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi ensure relaxing hours on board. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped—with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Practical details have also been taken care of: a dustbin, tea towels, and a starter kit are provided.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements are available for up to 6 people; bed linens and towels are included. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water—ideal after a long day by the water. Outside, you can enjoy your covered patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and sunshades. An electric grill makes for a particularly enjoyable evening by the lake, while the lake view creates that true holiday feeling.

Whether it’s a romantic getaway, a family holiday, or an active getaway: here, relaxation and activity go hand in hand. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy swimming, sailing, fishing, canoeing, windsurfing, boat tours, and boat rentals, as well as biking, hiking, and jogging. Restaurants, the beach, and playgrounds are also within easy reach. As a smoke-free and child-friendly floating house, it’s the ideal retreat for anyone seeking peace, water, and nature in the Spreewald—safely equipped with smoke and fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and an alarm system.
