The houseboat features a bedroom with a cosy double bed and a large built-in closet in the hallway. The open-concept living and dining area is tastefully furnished and offers a magnificent view of the lake. A comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) provides space for up to two additional guests if needed—ideal for families or friends.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom features a spacious shower and a toilet—stylish and functional.
Adjacent to the living area is a covered terrace—the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast or your first cup of coffee of the day with a view of the water.

Another highlight is the large rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the lake—ideal for sunbathing, barbecue evenings, or relaxing outdoors.

For water sports enthusiasts, two SUPs (stand-up paddleboards) are available, and direct access to the water allows for a refreshing dip in the lake at any time.

Bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable bike garage right by the entrance. Dogs are also welcome on the houseboat.

Important for dog owners: Dogs are allowed exclusively on the beach at the BUHL Activity Park.

The health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding prices can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the guest tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduction in earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to an official ID card, are completely dependant on constant accompaniment.
