Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung rundum genossen und vergeben von Herzen die volle Punktzahl. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich vom Gastgeber begrüßt, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben.Die komplette Abwicklung lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Wir hatten das Gefühl uns jederzeit mit Fragen an unseren Gastgeber wenden zu können.Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert. Sie besitzt ein großes Bad, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Gefrühstückt haben wir auf dem kleinen aber vollkommen ausreichenden Balkon.Es gab sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Bad genügend Abstellflächen.Auch die zentrale Lage hat uns begeistert. Und das besondere Highlight bildete der direkte Seezugang.Der Urlaub war einfach traumhaft.Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Immenstaad und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Wohnung exakt wie beschrieben. Sympathischer und unaufdringlicher Vermieter. Nichts zu meckern. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub in der schön, neu renovierten Ferienwohnung mitten in Immenstaad verbracht.Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Sowohl für das Auto, als auch für die Fahrräder war ein Stellplatz hinter dem Haus vorgesehen.Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in Immenstaad. Diverse Bushaltestellen sind äußerst gut zu erreichen und auch der Ortskern ist nicht weit gelegen. Vom Vermieter wurden uns direkt am folgenden Tag die Gästekarten (Bodensee Card) ausgehändigt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr reibungslos, man konnte bedenkenlos anrufen, sofern Fragen aufgekommen sind.Die Ferienwohnung wurde komplett neu renoviert. Neben einer kleinen Wohnküche, kann man den Balkon nutzen, von dem man auch den See sehen kann. Sämtliche Gegenstände des täglichen Gebrauchs wurden gestellt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Darüber hinaus bekommt man die Möglichkeit den Garten unmittelbar am See zu nutzen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Alles in allem können wir die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen unkomplizierten und erholsamen Urlaub.
