The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Wöhrden, between Büsum and Heide. St. Peter Ording is 33 km away. The Speicherkoog with a swimming area can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.



All windows have fly screens and external shutters. Both upstairs and downstairs, there is a master bedroom with a crib. A changing table, two high chairs, and a heater (on request) are available. Bed rails can be installed for children.



All upstairs bedrooms have a TV. The downstairs living area features a smart TV for a cinema experience. A freezer with three compartments is provided for frozen goods. The bathroom offers underfloor heating for comfort and a built-in radio.



In the fully fenced garden, a barbecue, beach chair, seating area with wind protection, four loungers, and a garden shed invite you to relax. For children, there is a sandbox with toys, ride-on vehicles, a ping-pong table (in the garage), and a multi-generation playground with a bowling area for adults just 150 m away.



The historic village center is perfect for a stroll. On Chausseestraße, you’ll find an ATM, a bread vending machine, and a park with a bike charging and repair station, where events are sometimes held.



A medical center for adults and children as well as a physiotherapy practice are nearby. There are also three e-charging stations and a hotel with traditional cuisine.
