Excellent location, excellent views. More comfortable than a hotel room with a cheaper price, and you have a large area to unwind and take in Vegas. Communications are quickly responded to, place was exactly as described and will be back.

Fantastic location in Vegas!

Renting property was quick, and easy and was property was beautiful. Being a little off the strip was also very nice as wasn’t the constant crush of people, but was also close enough if wanted to go to a show, etc. Palms casino and food was also great. Highly recommend if going to Vegas!!

Best view in Vegas

Friends came down for some shows and partying. Condo is great. Two separate areas so you can escape to a private bedroom if you need some space or a power nap. You can’t beat the view. The wrap around balcony is epic. The host is easy to work with and responsive.

Great Spot!

This was the perfect spot for us. We normally stay in a two-bedroom suite on the strip, however all were booked this trip. I am so glad I found this spot on vrbo. It has an amazing view and the place was great without all of the strip traffic. Its connected to the Palms so it is quieter with all of the amenities also on site. Don was very communicative.

Great Location Off The Strip

My family and I stayed for five days in March 2023. The suite is exactly as described and was a very nice play to stay as a off-the-strip getaway. Don was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The Palms casino, restaurants and staff were all great. Frankly, if I wasn't looking to explore the strip... I really wouldn't have a need to leave the Palms complex and Don's suite!

Best Location

Being just off the strip, access to anywhere is 5-20 minutes even is some slow moving traffic. The views are amazing and can see the whole city. The casino and large pool and some other amenities like buffet and restaurants are shared with the palms. Valet is free and only takes a minute to retrieve your vehicle. Security is on top of people that come in the door, there are residents there and have door watch 24/7. By far every part of our experience was incredible!

Amazing Birthday Bash!

Had an awesome time in the suite for my birthday weekend! The owner was highly accommodating and involved throughout my entire trip. He made sure everything went as planned from check-in to check-out. I appreciate having that type of confidence that if something goes wrong he was accessible. This suite is definitely awesome and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This condo was best place we have ever stayed in Vegas. The view was unbelievable. The property owner was great to work with. The pools beautiful. The only thing that would have been better is if shuttle to strip was running or resturants open. We took bus to strip which worked out great. There are resturants in strip mall next door that were good (noodle place). All staff very friendly, beds comfortable, nothing negative to report. Would stay here again

A spectacular view, perfect accommodations for our needs. We needed a relaxing environment for our stay, with a kitchen. The kitchen has the basics, and the owner ordered a rice cooker per my request. 🙌 I’m a competitive athlete that with nutrition demands during travel. This made it easy! The staff was friendly and helpful! The pool accessible to the guests with penthouses was wonderful. Just the right size!!

The perfect location to the strip

I rented 2 units side by side at the end of the hall and we were able to close off the 2 entrances and make it like a foyer. I worked beautifully. Such a great place but you can tell it's rented alot. Could use alittle sprucing up but was spacious and the views were killer. Quiet! well appointed. I would book again with this owner. Don was very responsive and low key to work with.

Girls trip w/concert

This place was awesome! Amazing views of the mountains and the strip. The wraparound balcony is perfect!! Please note, this place is not that close to the strip, which worked for us. However, if you're looking for places walking distance to popular stuff on the strip, this isn't for you. Walgreens and multiple eateries (fast food) are within walking distance. We loved the quiet and the security (manned station all night). The rooms were clean, had plenty of linen and toiletries, and was spacious. Don even checked in with us to make sure all was good; we thought that was very kind. Simply an amazing place and we look forward to staying here for future Vegas visits!
