Over 500 feet in the air with panoramic view of beautiful Las Vegas valley!!!

We have a Jacuzzi in the balcony extended out from the building incased with glass

Certainly one of a life time experience.
Temperature always 100 degrees just turn on the jets and relax with style!!!

We also offer comfortable balcony furniture,
A daybed great for relaxing after Jacuzzi, and enjoy the beautiful Las Vegas sunset!

Penthouse has been newly remodeled by designer furnishings and high-end furniture!!

Large master bathroom with Jacuzzi, steam room and rain shower.

We also have a Bluetooth stereo system and five speakers on the ceiling for a club like experience!

Fully stocked kitchen, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washer and dryer

Master bathroom is a spa like experience .....

Living room has a large couch also California king round daybed from Hazizza ($12,000) suede with Swarovski crystals.

There is no smoking in the penthouse, there will be a $500 fine, however smoking is allowed in the balcony

Do not throw anything over the balcony, Palms Place has cameras set up on the outside of the building and security will evict anyone who throws stuff from the balcony.


The Palms Place Pool will close on November 1, 2022, to allow for prescheduled repairs and maintenance. Additional updates regarding Pool operations will be forthcoming. Thank you for your patience as we continue to enhance and maintain the property.

We enjoyed the hot tub and view. The lights in the living room were in and out and the overall lighting of the room was dim but other than that we had no problems. The place was as advertised and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Extremely accommodating, the owner actually answered my phone call in the evening while in his car and trying to get to an important meeting. He made sure that his team contacted me before he got off the phone with me. I own a company in this speaks volumes of him as an owner and the example he sets for his team. I was greeted with immediate responses to any questions I had throughout the stay.The unit itself is extremely well done with great class and character… We never felt the need for anything and the view of the mountains is one of the best we’ve had to date. Highly recommend this property and the team supporting it! Our 2nd stay with this owner and it will not be our last!

What a wonderful property! My husband and I were in town for a week and absolutely loved our stay! The property is absolutely wonderful. I am still in awe. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure every step was taken care of. We look forward to our next stay again very soon!

Nice location and beautiful views!

The condo, building and staff are all very nice! The views of the city and mountains in the distance were beautiful too! The hosts were responsive to a couple questions we had as well. I gave an overall 3 stars because there are many maintenance issues in the condo that others have mentioned and they were still not fixed. The hot tub does not look safe and the glass has separated in a couple places from the building. Bathroom towel racks and door handles were broken as well.

It's a real beautiful condo, starting with the full equiped kitchen to the marble bathroom and ending with the balkony with the hot tub and the balkony furniture. Especially the balcony is great, I know some condos, but you usually don't find such furniture at the balcony.

Awesome time!

We stayed here for my wife’s 40th Birthday and she couldn’t have been happier! Arthur personally met us at the property and showed us around. He is very friendly and made us feel welcome. This room has everything from the fireplace to the jacuzzi to the double shower and full kitchen. The view was awesome and we can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Arthur!

Easy to enjoy the strip

The penthouse was very nice with small issues. One morning the elevator did not work. Another day the jacuzzi emptied itself. Jacob was very responsive on both problems.

Lots of little problems. Property hasnt been maintained.

Broken door handles and towel rod. The hot tub isnt safe. Blinds have no instructions. Shower floods the bathroom. The lighting is from the 90s. The only room with adequate lighting is the bathroom. Not worth the price.

So fun

The condo is beautiful. Only small minor thing is the glass around the private spa outside. It keeps you from falling out but might need replacing soon. Everything inside the condo is so beautiful. The shower takes a second to get the hang of. But highly recommend this place. Other slight issue was with trying to get assistance from the palms place regarding a toilet issue or a bell man to help bring a cart up to get our luggage downstairs at checkout. But that is not the property owner’s fault.

Hot tub was not working Construction on floor started early. Constant hammerdrill noise like woodpecker. Equipment rental below loading equipment with back up beacons early and late. Space was nice exvept for a few issues. Nothing major. Mainly consteuction and location issues

A perfect place for a couple.

We loved staying here. The hotel is very classy and treats you well. The host was amazing and easy to work with. The penthouse was beautiful and very comfortable. We would stay here again and again. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be able to stay at an average hotel again.
