Private: property 200 m2, garden 100 m2. Barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Bus stop 1.7 km, railway station 2 km. Ski lift 11 km, slopes 11 km, ski bus stop 1.7 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner lives on the same property.
4-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Living room. Balcony 30 m2, terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Partial view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.
