Das Gebäude hat dringenden Restaurationsbedarf, eine in die Jahre gekommene Anlage mit muffigen Fluren und alten Teppichen. Lage ist gut, direkt am Strand. Die Gastronomie drumherum baut aber leider seit einigen Jahren stark ab.Die Wohnung selbst war okay und gut ausgestattet. Leider aber nicht sauber (Fußleisten, Raumecken, Badezimmer), vermutlich muss die Reinigung in der Hauptsaison besonders schnell gehen, sodass es an Gründlichkeit fehlt. Die Wohnung roch auch leider sehr nach nassem Hund, was wie ich später festgestellt habe, dass der beutellose Staubsauger voll mit Hundehaaren von vorherigen Mietern war. Diese sollte nach jeder Abreise mit gereinigt werden.Insgesamt hätte ich mich für den Preis gerne etwas wohler gefühlt.
