Our beautiful, air-conditioned villa, which sleeps up to 8 people, is located in a quiet area with a well-maintained garden and private parking.

This new, lovingly furnished holiday home is situated in a quiet area near Pula. It features 3 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 + 2 people. The two-story holiday home is ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Istria. The ground floor features an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom and two additional modern bedrooms with double beds; the beds in one of the bedrooms can also be separated. Behind the holiday home, a well-maintained garden with a refreshing private pool and comfortable sun loungers invites you to relax.
