Holiday Apartment 29 at the "Dünengarten" in Kühlungsborn is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.

The 49 m² two-room holiday apartment is part of the "Dünengarten" complex in Kühlungsborn and is located on the second floor of Building B. The apartment, called “Sonne und Meer” (Sun and Sea), is divided into a combined living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 people. On the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sunrises and a partial view of the sea. The building’s private beach access is only about 60 metres away.

The cosy living area of the holiday apartment is furnished with a comfortable corner couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a radio. Books and board games are available for fun-filled evenings. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. From here, you can step out onto the balcony.

The open kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle round out the holiday rental’s kitchen.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), two rattan chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet for your luggage. Sheer curtains are provided for privacy. You can use the drapes to block out the light. The corner couch in the living area pulls out to become a sleeping area (120 x 200 cm) for one person. Venetian blinds are available here to block out the light.

In the bright, naturally lit bathroom with a toilet, you can choose between a bath and a shower. The bathroom features a bathtub with a showerhead, a lighted mirror, and a towel rack. Pleated blinds are installed on the window for privacy. The bathroom and kitchen area are tiled. Vinyl flooring is installed in the hallway, bedroom, and living area.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in the holiday rental. You can park your car in outdoor parking space No. 23. You can lock your bicycles in front of the house.

Nestled in a beautiful green space with a small water feature, the “Dünengarten” holiday complex ensures a relaxing holiday. A special highlight is the on-site beach access. A supermarket and the Ostseekino cinema are located nearby.

The Dünengarten holiday home is situated on a spacious lot with private beach access. The beach promenade in Kühlungsborn West is about a 10-minute walk away. The well-maintained park area, featuring a stream and a small wooded area, invites you to relax and unwind. For young adventurers, there is a play tower on the grounds. The individual holiday apartments in the three buildings are all accessible via stairs. The complex features a bicycle parking area, and some apartments also offer a dedicated bicycle storage room. A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment directly at the apartment complex.
