The HaP/20 holiday apartment in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Here, you’ll enjoy a cosy stay on the ground floor in a 53-square-meter space. An lift takes you conveniently to the right floor. Your holiday apartment is divided into a living area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a separate bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the view of the sea from the west-facing balcony. The fine-sand beach is about 50 metres away.

The living area features a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi. You can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in the evenings. Alternatively, you can step out onto the balcony from here and enjoy your time there.

The dining table and kitchenette are integrated into the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Of course, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.

The first bedroom in the holiday rental features a large double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. You can store your holiday wardrobe and travel essentials in the spacious closet. Curtains on the windows provide a way to block out the light.

The holiday rental also features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. Vinyl flooring is used throughout the entire apartment.

You can store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the building’s bike storage room. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right near the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an lift, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Some holiday apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres).
