This modern, senior- and wheelchair-friendly 3-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the ground floor, located near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in all living areas is high-quality vinyl design flooring with an elegant wood-grain look.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 5 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The light-filled and modern living/dining room features a separate corner seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a sideboard and a chest of drawers. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 38 m² sun terrace (facing east, south, and west) with outdoor furniture and a side view of the nearby Baltic Sea and the Baltic Park directly across the way. Here you can sit back and relax amidst the greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

The thresholds of the balcony doors can be bridged using an existing portable metal ramp. The barrier-free apartment is therefore also ideally suited for seniors and wheelchair users.
New and up-to-date photos of the furnished sun terrace will be provided in early summer.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a radio, and a collection of games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone induction cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside lamps, 2 wardrobes, and a coat rack, and has direct access to the garden area.

The separate and additional second bedroom features a (pull-out) single bed (80 cm x 200 cm), which can be easily converted into a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.

The inviting bathroom (with natural light / window) features a floor-level real-glass shower, 2 sinks with vanity cabinets, a mirror cabinet, a shelf, a stool, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a towel radiator, and ample storage space. Next to the toilet, there are fold-down grab bars for wheelchair users. The shower is wheelchair-accessible and also has grab bars—a shower chair is also available.

The apartment is barrier-free and therefore particularly suitable for wheelchair users. All doors in the apartment are 82.5 cm wide.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet with a shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.
You can park your car for free in a duplex underground parking space assigned to your apartment (PLEASE NOTE: maximum height 1.65 m!), and your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Via a spacious, covered atrium with live plants inside the apartment building, you can use one of the glass lifts to travel comfortably and barrier-free from the basement to your apartment.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
