Holiday Apartment 01 in the Residenz von Flotow holiday complex is a cosy 3-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people and a dog.

The apartment is located on the ground floor on the northwest side of the building and features a beautiful terrace. The floor is covered with designer flooring. In the open-concept living area, you’ll find a modern couch, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick (Wi-Fi not guaranteed), a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system.

The dining area is furnished with a large, sturdy table and 4 chairs. The high-end kitchenette offers everything you need: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, a sandwich maker, a waffle maker, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). The closet offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom also features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a closet. Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower.

You can park your car safely in the designated outdoor parking space. There is a bike storage room in the building for bicycles. A washing machine and dryer in the laundry room are available for a fee. The beach is about 600 metres away.
