Holiday Apartment 13 in the Residenz von Flotow holiday complex is a modern 2-room apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the southwest side of the building. You can enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The floor is covered with designer flooring. The living area features modern designer furniture, a 3D flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, and a sound system with Bluetooth. White pleated blinds are installed on the windows for privacy.

The kitchen area features a table and three chairs, as well as an exclusive kitchenette. It is equipped with everything you need: a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso capsule machine are also available.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (90 cm x 200 cm) and a TV. The closet and a chest of drawers provide ample storage space for your belongings. The windows are equipped with pleated blinds for blackout.

Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower.

Pets are allowed in this holiday rental.

You can park your car safely in the designated outdoor parking space. There is a bike storage room in the building for bicycles. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee. The beach is about 600 metres away.
