Holiday Apartment 43 in Building 1 of the “Dünenschloss” in Kühlungsborn is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.

In this 3-room holiday apartment, you and up to 5 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday near the beach. The apartment is located on the 4th floor; however, the lift only goes up to the 3rd floor (the staircase is not equipped with a child safety gate). Spanning 74 m², the holiday apartment is divided into a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. From one of the rooftop terraces, you’ll have a direct view of the sea. On the second, south-facing rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the sunshine in a beach chair. The fine-sand beach and the beach promenade are only about 50 metres away.

The cosy living area is furnished with a corner sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system, making it the perfect spot for social evenings. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove featuring an oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine are also available for your use.

The master bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a TV. A large closet offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) that features an additional tandem and pull-out function. The double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living area can be converted into an additional sleeping space in just a few simple steps.

The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. Porcelain tiles are installed throughout the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are allowed.

An outdoor parking space is available for your car. You can securely store your bicycles in the bike storage room. Washing machines and dryers in the common area are available for a fee.

You can use the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room at the “Dünenschloss” free of charge. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness room and relaxation room, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.

Direct access to the adjacent city forest makes this an ideal location for stays with pets.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex features lovingly restored balconies reminiscent of traditional seaside resort architecture. The white sandy beach is only about 50 m away. The centre of the Kühlungsborn West district is only about 500 m away. The apartment complex consists of 4 buildings with several holiday apartments. All holiday apartments in the buildings are accessible via stairs or lift.
Our guests have free access to a well-maintained swimming pool (8 x 4 m), a sauna, and a fitness room. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in separate rooms. You can securely store your bicycles in a bicycle storage room.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment directly at the apartment complex.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex, Dünenschloss apartment complex, built in 2005, offers a wide variety of holiday apartments, including a generous selection of 1-, 2-, and 3-room units accommodating up to 6 people. Pets are allowed in some of the holiday apartments. Many of the holiday apartments feature a lake view or partial lake view, as well as a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each holiday apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
