The 72 m² 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Enjoy relaxing moments on the furnished northeast-facing terrace. The holiday rental features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom, offering space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 50 metres away.

The living area of the holiday apartment is furnished with a cosy sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player. Enjoy cosy evenings here. You can connect to the property’s Wi-Fi for free. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped. With a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, this kitchen has everything you need. Of course, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster are also available here.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. The flat-screen TV is perfect for entertainment. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom also features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Curtains provide privacy and can be used to block out light.

The modern bathroom is comfortably furnished with a walk-in shower. A hair dryer completes the bathroom’s amenities. There is also a guest bathroom. The apartment has tile flooring. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed in this apartment.

You can park your car safely in the underground parking space. You can securely store any bicycles you bring with you or rent in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here, you can wash and dry your holiday laundry for a fee.

All holiday apartments are easily accessible by lift and feature free Wi-Fi.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the designated underground parking space.

A separate bicycle storage room in the underground garage is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pies, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialities at the Schwanen Café & Bistro. The café is located within the resort.
