Here, you can relax and enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday. The beach is about 100 metres away.

In the living area, a cosy couch invites you to relax and unwind. A flat-screen TV is also available. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers plenty of space for shared meals.

Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find the functionally equipped kitchenette. It features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven with a built-in microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

In each of the holiday rental’s bedrooms, a double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. You’ll find plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes in the spacious closets. The curtains on the windows allow you to block out the light.

The holiday rental features a very spacious, tiled shower room with a toilet and two sinks, as well as a guest bathroom. There is plenty of counter space for your toiletries. Villa Hanse is located right next to the pier in Kühlungsborn Ost, just about 100 m from the beach. You can access the individual holiday apartments via Staircase An or Staircase B. Villa Hanse offers coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle parking area directly behind the building.

The sauna and wellness area, featuring a sauna, an infrared sauna, and wellness loungers, ensures a relaxing break. The wellness area is available free of charge year-round.

Depending on the holiday rental, either an outdoor parking space or a space in the underground garage is available to you. The underground garage spaces are intended for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres).
