Holiday Apartment 11 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The 43 m² two-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Enjoy the sunshine on the furnished south-facing terrace. With a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, the holiday apartment offers space for up to 4 people and is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 50 metres away.

In the living area, you’ll find a comfortable genuine leather couch, a stereo system, and a flat-screen TV for cosy evenings. You can use the house’s Wi-Fi for free. The integrated dining area allows you to enjoy relaxed meals.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle are available to help you prepare a delicious breakfast.

In the bedroom, a comfortable genuine leather box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. A TV is also available here. The large closet offers ample storage space for your personal belongings. The sleeper sofa in the living area can be converted in no time into a cosy sleeping area (140 x 190 cm) for two people. Curtains provide privacy and block out the light. For our youngest guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.

The modern bathroom is comfortably equipped with a walk-in shower. A hair dryer completes the amenities. All rooms in the holiday rental are tiled.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

You can safely park your vehicle in underground parking space No. 11. Bicycles can be stored in the bike storage room. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in a separate room in the building.

The Linden-Palais complex, newly built in 2016, is located directly on the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Heiligendamm.

The Linden-Palais awaits you in the “white city by the sea,” the seaside resort of Heiligendamm. This exclusive holiday complex blends seamlessly into the sophisticated and traditional seaside architecture of the famous “String of Pearls.” There are 39 holiday apartments spread across 3 floors. All holiday apartments are easily accessible by lift and feature free Wi-Fi.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the included underground parking space.

A separate bicycle storage room in the underground garage is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialities at the Schwanen Café & Bistro. The café is located within the resort.
