Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung, die für Familien die perfekte Lage darstellt. Nahe zum Strand und zum Spielplatz, nicht weit zum Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Größe war für eine vierköpfige Familie ideal. Großer Nachteil war tatsächlich der mitgelieferte und bezahlte Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Ein Kombi aus der heutigen Zeit passt da gerade so rein, man sollte aber bedenken, dass der Fahrer nicht mehr mühelos aussteigen kann und auch der Kofferraum unseres Autos ließ sich nicht darin öffnen. Das Auto musste also immer ausgefahren werden für alles, was man brauchte zwischendurch und der Fahrer konnte nicht einsteigen ohne dabei die Tür immer an der wand anzuecken. Bei uns konnte nur der Mann in die Garage fahren, weil die Frau schwanger war und mit Bauch niemals rausgekommen wäre. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, aber dieser Punkt war für uns wirklich ein sehr großer negativer Aspekt, den wir vorher gerne berücksichtigt hätten. Der Umgang mit der Agentur und den Mitarbeitern vor Ort war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Abholen und auch das Abgeben der Schlüssel, unkompliziert und zack, zack. Das parken unseres Autos in dem Parkfahrstuhl hat super geklappt. In den Infos zu den Wohnungen stehen immer die Maße, wie groß die Autos größtens sein dürfen. Wer das beachtet, hat dann auch keinen Ärger. In den Betten konnte man super schlafen, die Küche hatte alles, was man so brauchte. Die schöne kleine Sauna haben wir auch genutzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial. Zum Strand 3 Minuten. Lecker Eis direkt gegenüber und die Fischbrötchen direkt ums Eck. Für meine Mutti, die wir mit hatten, und zu Fuß nicht mehr so gut ist, absolut perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
